I've always had trouble with sleeping with restless legs with getting comfortable with feeling like I had pins and needles I could never get comfortable or feel comfortable and I always felt like I had to wrap myself up so tightly in my blankets and this thing is amazing I kind of just can get in there and I put it all the way up to my shoulders and I just knock out if you do that plus the manta sleep mask and a pair of ear plugs that they sell on here it's like the three pieces and it's got like a little triangle on the end I swear ded to the world it is the best combination for sleep and I am obsessed with this thing
