Our Story

My name is Rodrigo, I'm the founder of Aloha Relax and since I was 8 years old, I struggled with insomnia. Despite my best efforts, I often found myself tired and sleepy at school. My parents sought help from psychiatrists, but nothing seemed to work. Fast forward 16 years, and my life changed when I tried a sleep mask for the first time. This simple product completely transformed my sleep experience.

In 2020, during the pandemic, I discovered a new passion while scouting YouTube: relaxing music videos featuring nature and beautiful places. These videos significantly improved my sleep, inspiring me to create my own YouTube channel and, eventually, the Aloha Relax brand. Now, 20 years later, I understand that the right solution for me was a combination of professional sleep advice and the calming effects of a sleep mask and soothing music.
